Julia Mindubaeva is CEO of START - OTT subscription service launched in 2017, which offers a wide audience the best Russian TV shows, movies and animation, including START originals. Julia Mindubaeva has a rich experience in media and entertainment industry, such as management of media assets, animation production and distribution. In 2018 JULIA co-founded Storytime company, focused on development, production and distribution of kids animation series and shows. Earlier she was Head of Business Development of CTC Media (operates free-to-air TV networks, digital assets and content production companies in Russia and the CIS), where she launched several new business, including a number of digital entertainment media assets, animation and consumer products divisions. Before joining CTC Media Julia had been a part of strategy and business development team in Sistema Mass Media, attended an Internship program in M&A at Ernst & Young.
As a producer, credits include the Russian television awards TEFI-winning and internationally highly rated kids animated series "Kid-e-cats", as well as a developing animated series for girls "Little Tiaras" and a Russian version of an international format "Bookaboo".
