She was awarded the OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2026 King's New Years Honours LIst for her services to Theatre. She is the Chief Executive Officer and Artistic Director for the Young Vic Theatre and lately Chief Executive Officer and Artistic Director for Theatre Royal Stratford East in London, England.
