Mr. Pinto is an experienced litigator with a focus in the areas of personal injury law, criminal law, real estate law, business law, municipal law, landlord-tenant disputes and estate planning. He is a former Assistant Deputy Public Defender at the Union County Office of the Public Defender, having served under the guidance of renowned criminal defense attorneys for a period of four years. At the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, Mr. Pinto obtained trial experience and became well-versed in the intricacies of the practice of criminal defense, achieving countless outstanding results. Mr. Pinto currently works under the supervision of former Elizabeth and Hillside Municipal Court Judge Nelson Monteiro handling all sorts of legal matters.
