Maria Georgescu is a Romanian-Canadian Casting Director who studied the film/TV business in Los Angeles for several years before making Vancouver, Canada her home base. Maria has worked in different areas of film but found her love of casting early on, starting with Extras and then shifting to Principal roles. Her goal is to make sure she continues to create a positive environment around her where all performers feel seen and heard. Collaborating with creative, talented people in the industry has been such a joy in her life and she looks forward to continue helping to tell important stories.
