Almudena Parejo Amor is a Spanish actress active in film and television, originally from Madrid. She gained recognition for her leading roles in Paco Plaza's The Grandmother and Fernando León de Aranoa's The Good Boss, the latter earning her nominations for the Goya Award for Best New Actress and the Feroz Award for Best Supporting Actress. Almudena spent much of her youth between Madrid and Lagartera (Toledo), where she developed a strong connection to her family's artistic roots. Her early interest in acting was sparked by theater courses in high school, leading her to train professionally at the Mar Navarro acting school in Carabanchel.
