Dr. Jenny Yip is a board-certified clinical psychologist, author, speaker, and nationally recognized expert in OCD, anxiety, and maternal mental health. Having experienced the challenges of OCD firsthand from an early age, she brings a unique blend of personal insight, clinical expertise, and practical strategies to her work. Known for her compassionate yet direct approach, often referred to as the "Velvet Hammer", Dr. Yip is dedicated to helping individuals and families move beyond anxiety, stress, and intrusive thoughts to build healthier and more meaningful lives.
With more than two decades of experience, Dr. Yip is the founder of Renewed Freedom Center and Little Thinkers Center in Los Angeles, where she specializes in evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety, executive functioning, and family dynamics. Her work focuses on empowering both children and adults through practical, family-oriented interventions that promote emotional resilience, healthy boundaries, and long-term personal growth.
