Tae McKenzie

Mini bio

  • Tae McKenzie was born in Charlotte, NC, and is of Armenian and Scottish descent. She has appeared in several commercials and guest-starred on various television shows. In addition to acting, Tae is a passionate model, excelling in both runway and print modeling.

Beyond entertainment, she holds degrees in gourmet cooking and catering, as well as medical and dental assisting. In 2016, she was crowned USA Ms. Heels for Wheels and later honored as the Grand Marshal of her hometown's Thanksgiving Parade. Tae went on to establish herself as a commercial and fashion print model, becoming a regular face on QVC, where she showcases beauty, fashion, jewelry, and accessories.

As an advocate for disability representation in fashion and media, Tae has broken barriers as an adaptive model. She made history as the first Black disabled model to walk in New York Fashion Week and serves as an ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger's Adaptive Line. Through her nonprofit, SEND (Stroke Epilepsy and Disability) Foundation, she works to empower individuals with disabilities by providing visibility in community housing and transportation. Tae continues to use her platform to promote inclusivity and accessibility in the fashion industry and beyond.
