Robert Downes is an English security guard, best known for being the father of Charlene Downes who disappeared from the Blackpool town center, November 1st, 2003. He has since been interviewed on various television programs, where he on the Jeremy Kyle Show, admitted that he was a cross-dresser with the alias Martina.
