  • Tedi Moskov was born on October 7, 1960 in Sofia, Bulgaria. He is the son of Bulgarian poet, children's writer, playwright and screenwriter (doctor of education) Rada Moskova and Dr. Stefan Moskov. Brother of his grandfather was Social Democrat Dr. Atanas Moskov staying longer in the communist concentration camps. His cousin, Dr. Petar Moskov , entered politics as a founder of a new right-wing party, and later a member of its leadership. Tedi Moskov graduated puppet directing at the National Academy for Thetreand Film Art, Sofia, Bulgaria in 1985 in the class of the director Julia Ognyanova. He specialized in "Academy Darth Drammatika" in Rome in 1992 . He is a founder and director of Theater " La Strada ". Between 1993 and 1996 he shot 9 episodes of the TV show " The Street ", awarded with "Golden Rose of Criticism" in Montreux Festival in 1996. In 1995 he began to stage plays in German theaters; some of the plays are: "Cyrano de Bergerac" in Hamburg , "Sleeping Beauty" in Stuttgart , "King Stag" in Darmstadt . In 2002 he shot feature film " Rhapsody in White " and in 2006 the documentary "The Interpreter of black and white films." In 2009 puts "The good thing about bad weather" in "Storm" Shakespeare in Plovdiv Drama Theatre. The premiere was on December 16, 2009. In March 2010 he began rehearsals of "Cyrano December Bergerac" in National Theater "Ivan Vazov" - Sofia. In 2010, he was awarded with the " Golden Age " State Award. He is an husband of actress Maya Novoselska. They have a son Ivan.
