Neleh Dennis was born on February 19, 1980 in Heber City, Utah, USA. She has been married to Kris Nielson since July 12, 2003.

Neleh's name is in actuality her grandmother's name "Helen" spelled backwards.

Attended Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, and graduated with an Associate degree.

Graduated in 1998 from Layton High School in Utah.
