Charles Raahul Singh has appeared as an actor in several larger budget Hollywood films, Canadian independent films, on network television, and on stage. He's played a wide range of roles, from being a leading man to often being cast as the Indian doctor, cop or businessman, not to mention doing stunts on MI4 in the Mumbai scenes shot in Canada.
In 2016 Charles wrote, produced and directed COMMITMENT, a short film with funding from the NFB, which screened in Festivals across North America and the UK. He then began working with Massey Productions Ltd. as Production Supervisor for South Asia. At the same time, he wrote his first feature length screenplay with co-writer, Grace Chin and optioned it to Massey Productions for development.
Early in his career he was cast in Universal's THE GURU after screen-testing in LA. His following collaboration on the screenplay with THE GURU's director marked the beginning of Charles' evolution to writer/producer and the development of a slate of films, including COMMITMENT, SANJAY'S WEDDING and BOLLYCOP
