Tracy Rector(III)

Tracy Rector is a filmmaker in Fort Worth, Texas. Tracy served as executive producer on her first foray into independent film with the full feature No Ordinary Love filmed in North Texas. For this low-budget film, her many roles included location scout, chief of craft services, wardrobe procurement, accountant, errand girl and anything else needed. She reached out to a young filmmaker to write and direct the film. Tracy served on the board of directors for SafeHaven of Tarrant County, the area's only emergency shelter and service agency. Her experience in a 23-year marriage with intimate partner violence drove her passion to raise awareness of domestic violence through film. The award-winning film had a successful run in the national and international film festival circuit. Her dream is to see this compelling story up on the big screen or potentially in everyone's living room. She lives with her husband near Fort Worth, Texas.
