Tommy Des Rosiers is a french Canadian actor and drag queen born in Quebec, Canada. He moved in New-Brunswick in 2014 to study drama.

He got his first role in Les Newbies season 1 (2018) and season 2 (2019). We can see him in different TV show like the acadian TV special Le Grand Ménage des Fêtes 2022, Garde-Partagée (2023), En résidence (2023). He got his first role in the TV show Mont-Rouge (2023) where he played Dylan.

In 2019, he created his drag persona Rose Beef. Well known in the acadian community, Rose Beef hosted a few major events with Acadie Rock and we can also see Rose Beef in the TV special Le Grand Ménage des Fêtes 2023 and Le Bonheur (season 3)
