Charlie Heptinstall

Charlie Heptinstall is a British actor, writer, and theatre-maker born on 19 November 1996. He trained at the National Youth Theatre (2016), graduated from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts (2020), and furthered his screen work with the National Youth Film Academy (2021).
Charlie’s work spans both stage and screen. His theatre credits include Boots at the Door at Theatre Royal Plymouth, Immune at The Drum Theatre Plymouth, and head/lining at Pleasance Theatre London - the latter of which he also wrote, marking his debut as a playwright.
On screen, he has appeared in Doctors (2024) and EastEnders (2022), and featured in the film True Things. His short film work includes The Cornucopia Club (2024), Pick Me Up (2023), and The Soldier’s Post (2022).
Recent stage work includes The Good, The Bad, The Silly (2024) with Broken Gods Productions, The Shoddy Detective (2023), and head/lining (2022).
