Alexandra Arfanis is a Greek actress active in independent short films, experimental projects, and unauthorized fan productions, particularly within the horror genre, often collaborating with filmmaker Christos Arfanis in productions where she combines acting with assistant directing and production work. She entered filmmaking in 2019 as a production assistant on the short Painful Smile (2019), before becoming more involved in 2020 across low-budget shorts, fan films, and music videos, frequently taking on multiple roles, many of them uncredited, including production assistant, production secretary, and assistant director.
