John H. Groberg was born in 1934 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, USA. He is an actor and writer, known for The Other Side of Heaven (2001), Islands of Love, People of Faith (1993) and Return to the Other Side of Heaven (2019). He has been married to Jean Sabin since 1957.

John and Jean Groberg have 11 children. The children include Nancy Jean, Elizabeth, Marilyn, Jane, Gayle, John Enoch, Susan, Thomas Sabin, Jennie Marie, Viki Ann and Emily Leilani.
