Tim Rose was born on September 23, 1940 in Washington, District of Columbia, USA. He died on September 24, 2002 in London, England, UK.

Worked with Cass Elliott, a future member of the Mamas and the Papas, in a group called The Triumvirate. When James Hendricks - who later married Elliot - joined the group, it was renamed The Big Three.
