Biography

Richard Stan is a Romanian music video director based in Los Angeles, CA. With over 20 years of experience in music, filmmaking, and theatre. His versatile expertise spans directing, producing, editing, cinematography, and VFX.

In the early 2000s, Richard co-founded Vision Production in Bucharest, Romania, with his brother Claudiu Stan. Since then, he has directed and produced more than 600 music videos across Europe and the United States, both under the company's banner and independently.

Richard's work has earned international recognition. In 2019, he was awarded Best Music Video Director at the Golden Panther Music Awards in New York, and in 2020, he received another nomination for the same honor, highlighting his creative vision and high-caliber work. Most recently, he collaborated with West Coast legend Daz Dillinger on the hit single "Mentally Crazy."
