Stephen Chen is a Taiwanese American writer, director, and performer originally from the Chicago area. He studied screenwriting at the UCLA Professional Program and filmmaking at the USC Summer Program. In 2019, he co-created the sketch comedy web series "The Chuckle Boyz," and has since gone on to expand his works into the horror genre.
