After she graduated, she formed a company ("Bethenny Bakes") which provides wheat, egg, and dairy-free baked goods, meals for private clients and a custom-meal delivery service. Her clients include Michael J. Fox, Brooke Hogan, Alicia Silverstone and Paris Hilton.
- Was in on-off relationship with Dennis Shields from 2016 until his death on August 10, 2018. They got engaged in April 2018. Frankel and Shields were friends for more than 20 years until they started dating. Shields died from prescription drug overdose at the age of 51.
