Constance McCracklin(I)

Constance McCracklin is an accomplished actress, writer, and director who co-founded H2D Entertainment with her husband of 23 years, Sylvester McCracklin, Jr. Together with their youngest son, Devin McCracklin, they continue to build a powerful legacy in entertainment. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Connie launched her career in theater before expanding her artistic vision beyond the stage. In 2012, she and Sylvester established S.C.R.A.M. (Stop Child Rape And Molestation), a nonprofit organization leveraging arts and entertainment to spread awareness and prevention of child abuse-a mission that remains at the heart of her work.

After relocating to Atlanta in 2017, Connie transitioned her focus to film and television, quickly making her mark across major networks including OWN, Netflix, BET+, and Paramount. Her impressive credits include speaking and lead roles on TV One's Fatal Attraction, For My Man, and ATL Homicide, as well as appearances on Oxygen's Snapped. She delivered a memorable performance as Berger Mom in Paramount's Secret Headquarters, but considers her role as Janice in Tyler Perry's Dreamers Academy film Subject 12 among her most cherished work.

Now, Connie steps into the spotlight as a triple threat with her upcoming TV series Praying Hands That Prey, streaming in 2026. Marking her debut as writer, director, and co-star, she shares the screen with acclaimed actors Jay Jones, Donna Biscoe, Trisha Mann-Grant, and Tana Gilmore.
