Solomon Franks

Born in Harlem New York the man, the myth, the legend came into the world. We know him today as Solomon Franks. Growing up was rough as it was for any child coming up in a gang infested, drug pushing area. His mother and father met in Harlem New York and lived in the Washington Housing Projects. Solomon was the second oldest amongst 2 brothers and one younger sister. His parents were heavily involved in they're lives. Church on Sundays was a routine and teaching their kids right from wrong was the motto. Solomon's parents loved music from Funk,Jazz,Hip Hop, and reggaeton. The side of Harlem Solomon grew up was known as "Spanish Harlem". Solomon was on the basketball team as a kid and was introduced to acting at a early age where he had to participate in plays on a regular basis. Solomon grew up admiring actors such as Denzel Washington, Wesley Snipes, Jean Claude Van Damme, Steven Seagull, 2pac, Bruce Lee, Laurence Fishburne, Forest Whitaker and others. Solomon's parents moved they're family to Atlanta in 1996. Here Solomon attended high school at South Atlanta. Here he joined the track team and football team. His dream was once to go to the NFL. Those dreams would soon be derailed by turmoil with his father, arguments, confusion and drama within the household. It was hard for Solomon to focus on school and have to deal with an over bearing father. Solomon would later move out the house with a friend where he continued to chase his music and acting career. Solomon was very ambitious so he started out doing Backround work as an actor and built powerful connections on set. Central Casting was a breath of fresh air for Solomon. Here he would get opportunities to be on set on multiple well known shows from "The Resident", Marvel Tv shows, Dynasty and The Game. The Game was a life changing experience for Solomon and it came to full circle because he loved Football. Little did Solomon know being on this show would take his career to the next level. Here he met a gentleman named Alan and he gave Solomon advice, tips and knowledge on how to make it to the next stage of his career. Solomon listened close and followed suit. The rest is history. Solomon Franks is now signed with Dream Team Talent and Talent One and has appeared multiple times on Fatal Attraction and other projects. He looks forward to being able to change the world and leave a positive impact in Hollywood from the roles he plays and things he does outside of acting within his community.
