Jonathan Tucker is a Toronto-based actor, writer, and filmmaker known for his grounded dramatic presence and emotionally expressive performances. Trained in Film Acting and Theatre at the Toronto Film School, he has performed in both stage productions and independent films, developing a style that blends physical intensity with thoughtful restraint.

His film work includes principal roles in For Blood and Country (short) and Vanilla Vampire (short), as well as the lead role in Soup Can (short). On stage, he has portrayed characters such as Romeo in Romeo and Juliet and the Grand Vizier in Aladdin, demonstrating range across classical theatre and contemporary performance. For the docu-series Fear Thy Neighbour, he portrayed Emmanuel.

In addition to acting, Tucker is an emerging filmmaker and screenwriter. He is the writer of an upcoming short film.
