Rita Parker was born in North Carolina, relocating to Washington, DC with her mom at the age of 4. Her adult sisters remained in North Carolina with their husbands, but Rita and her mom quickly adapted to their new home, surrounded by museums, art galleries, theaters, and all our Nation's Capitol had to offer. Entertainment was a huge part of Rita's life while attending school in DC. Performing in school plays, playing piano in recitals, even singing with the D.C. Youth Chorale and traveling to Romania as a teenager. Rita Parker is ready to show the world that it is never too late to pursue your passion.

Rita Parker has been in multiple productions in recent years including stage plays, independent films, and network television shows. Her passion, dedication, and work ethic has been instrumental to her success. An actor and entrepreneur, Rita is originally from Washington, DC. Her love of the arts started there at an early age. Her parents supported her dreams of fame with years of piano lessons, drama classes, and modeling school. Singing gave Rita the opportunity to travel to Paris and Romania with the DC Youth Chorale. She was a cheerleader, played basketball and ran for "Miss Southeastern University" while pursuing an accounting degree there. Rita's consulting business is RP Confidential LLC.
