- Ally was born and raised in Manchester, England. She holds a First-Class Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and is a former Head of Drama. After spending more than a decade on film sets alongside her children, she founded SOCO Pictures to develop and produce independent film projects. Drawing on her background in education and her life-long experience of the filmmaking process, she made the transition into producing and writing.
Her debut short film, A MUM INSANE, is scheduled for release in 2027.
