Biography

Catherine was born and raised in Belfast, and trained as an actor at East 15 Acting School. Her credits include 'The Mousetrap' in London's West End and two tours of India, as well as appearances in productions such as 'The Deceived,' 'Blue Lights' 'Nova Jones,' and lead in 'Catholic Matchmaking Bureau'. As a writer, Catherine was selected for the Soho Theatre Writers Lab, Lyric Hammersmith Development Lab and NI Screen New Shorts Focus. Her short film 'Arena,' was selected for the BFI Northern Ireland Talent Showcase and developed with the support and funding of Northern Ireland Screen. Catherine is passionate about comedy and has co-written comedy play 'Poached,', which resulted in being selected as a Hatch Artist for 2022-2023 at The Mac.
