Canadian actress Aura Figueiredo was born in Santa Maria, Portugal, and raised in Canada. She trained at the prestigious Tracy Roberts Actors Studio under veteran actor and director Tracy Roberts. In addition to her acting work, Aura produced and directed the theatrical production *Next Stop Murder*, a musical murder mystery comedy written by Frank Semerano and featured in the Samuel French catalogue.
