Ahmed Alauddin Jamal was born in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is a director and producer, known for Rahm (2019), Ahimsa-the Power of the Powerless, (2022), The Journalist and the Jihadi, the Murder of Daniel Pearl ( 2006) A Mighty Heart (2007), Majdhar (1984) and Mad Dogs (2002). Ahmed is also the director of Qisah International Film Festival which is held in London in November.
