Darius Kaufmann was born in Fontainebleau on May, 24th 1993. He grew up in Paris and lives there. After his studies, he went to live in New York and worked there as a photographer, mostly in journalism. In 2014, he started working on his first long feature documentary " In the heat of the cold years " with Amok films, in Cuba. In 2017, he went back to New York to start his 2nd long feature documentary " Soy Immortal ".
