Amin Sadraei, born in Tehran, is an Iranian independent filmmaker who began his career in 2015 by contributing to the production of short films. He has since been involved in numerous short and feature films, working in various departments such as editing, directing, and producing.
He is one of the producers of The Seed of The Sacred Fig (2024), directed by Mohammad Rasoulof, which won the Special Jury Prize at the Cannes Film Festival and was nominated for an Oscar. This film has brought Amin several accolades, including nominations for the BAFTA, EFA, and BIFA awards.
