- Born in Winnipeg Manitoba, Paul grew up in Vancouver British Columbia.
While completing his degree in resource management at the University of British Columbia, he served with the British Columbia Forest Service Rapattack and Unit Crew programs as a forest fire fighter. He also worked as a civilian employee of the Vancouver Police Department dog squad, training with local lower mainland units and canine departments from the United States.
Paul currently lives and operates his business "Imagine the PAWSabilities", in Vancouver BC Canada.
