Kenji Shiiya was born on 16 March 1947 in Kushiro, Hokkaido, Japan. He was an actor, known for The Resurrection of the Golden Wolf (1979), Boiling Point (1990) and Village of Eight Gravestones (1977). He died on 27 March 1997.
