Saul Mejia is the cousin of 2 time Grammy winning Tejano artist Rebecca Valadez.

Mr. Mejia is a former member of the United States Army ROTC, while serving he met and served as a guard for former President Bill Clinton in 1994 when President Bill Clinton Visited James Monroe High School in North Hills CA. (U.S.A.) Mr. Mejia was the Commander of the Courtesy Patrol and member of the Honor Guard squad and part of his duties was to welcome dignitaries to the school.

Mr. Mejia in 1999 used work at a Hollywood Video as an Assistant Director in Sherman Oaks CA. (U.S.A.), there he had the opportunity to meet several people in the industry such as Michael David Hasselhoff, Mike Judge, and Tom Arnold. He was also offered a role in the film "Little Nicky" with Adam Sandler but he decline due to conflict of schedule.

Mr. Mejia, Actor Lance Holt, and Actress Tina Sanchez all were Elected and served on the Board of Directors of the Panorama City Neighborhood Council (City of Los Angeles) California, U.S.A.

Both Mr. Mejia and Director/Actor Danny Trejo are business owners and community leaders in the San Fernando Valley (City of Los Angeles) California, U.S. and met through a mutual acquaintance, former Senator Richard Alarcon, each year both Mr. Mejia and Danny Trejo are featured in the Pacoima (A community in the City of Los Angeles) Christmas Parade.

Both Mr. Mejia and actor Mark-Paul Gosselaar (Save by the bell, NYPD Blue, Franklin & Bash TV Series) attended Sepulveda Middle School in North Hills, California and lived in the community of Panorama City during their middle school years.

Ms. Amanda Swann who was Mr. Mejia's drama teacher at James Monroe High School (North Hills, California, U.S.A.) appears in the documentary Shakespeare High (2011) Directed by Alex Rotaru and produced by Academy Award Winning Actor Kevin Spacey.

Mr. Mejia used to work at a Target store (T-1307) in Sherman Oaks California (U.S.A.) in the electronics department, there he met actress Ana Nicole Smith, actors Roger Moore, Ethan Embry, and pop singer Pink.

Actor John Megna (To Kill a Mockingbird, The God Father II, Hush... Hush, Sweet Charlotte) was Mr. Mejia's History teacher at James Monroe High School (North Hills, California, U.S.A.) during his junior year. John Megna passed away just 3 months after Mr. Mejia graduated from High School.

Mr. Mejia has worked with actor Gustavo Mena (John Wick II, The Twilight Saga, Bojack the horseman, Non-Stop) in several projects including a Spanish radio show Mr. Mejia host.

Saul Mejia is friends with Actor Sean Pilz (6 Below: Miracle on the Mountain). They met while working together on community events and in the political arena.
