Gaëlle Royer was born on June 29, 1954 in Saint-Brieuc, Côtes-d'Armor, France. She was a director and writer, known for Crimes That Made History (2016), Sweet Dream (2009) and Charles Pathé et Léon Gaumont, premiers géants du cinéma (2016). She was married to Antoine de Caunes. She died on February 7, 2023 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine, France.
