Originally from México City, Jessica Blanco is a woman who is constantly reinventing herself. She is a TEDX Speaker, former radio and TV host, international model, teacher, and published writer. She started to consider acting as a professional career while pursuing her bachelor's degree in Communication. Once she graduated, she started working as a university professor and certified model coach in México.
Jessica discovered that modeling was a closest path to acting and since then her journey has taken her to work in Brazil, USA and México. After 2 years of modeling internationally and teaching, she decided it was time to go after her dream. She moved to Vancouver, Canada and graduated from the full 2 year and Co Op Conservatory acting program at New Image College of Fine Arts.
She has since participated in short films, commercials and music videos for Bollywood, USA, Persia, China, Canada and Mexico. Also has appeared at several fashion and promo campaigns, look books, print and digital magazines, and Fashion Weeks. Highlights of her roles include The Perfume of Death, The Riddle Games, Alphaville, Slice of life, Selfie, The Coke Testament, The Name Is New York, among others.
Jessica is a Palmas de Oro award nominee and winner (2021).
