Biography

Jen Cain is from Fort Worth, Texas, where she grew up immersed in theatre and earned her degree in Film from TCU. After relocating to Los Angeles, she became active in the comedy scene, performing sketch and improv across LA and at festivals nationwide. She joined the revival of National Lampoon Lemmings through its comedy tour, web series, and album, and later toured with The Second City’s BoatCo, performing short-form improv games and classic Second City sketches for thousands of audience members.

Jen’s on-camera credits include commercials, television, and film, and her voice has appeared in more than 250 television episodes and numerous major films for Fox, Marvel, Disney, and Universal, among others. Alongside her acting work, Jen is pursuing a Master’s in Psychology, with the goal of developing creative mental health interventions for creatives navigating identity and role displacement in the age of AI.
