Biography

Hardeep Grewal is a Punjabi actor, singer, lyricist, writer and producer known for his work in Punjabi music and cinema. He began his professional career as a singer and lyricist in 2015 with his debut album Thokar, which brought him widespread recognition for its motivational and socially conscious themes. He subsequently released Taare (2016), Bulandiyan (2018) and Unstoppable (2019). Before entering the entertainment industry full-time, Grewal studied engineering and worked as an engineering lecturer. He later chose to pursue his passion for music and entertainment. He began performing on stage during his school years and developed an interest in songwriting during his teenage years. Grewal made his acting debut with Tunka Tunka (2021), playing Fateh Singh Sidhu. He also contributed to the film as a writer and producer. He followed it with Batch 2013 (2022), in which he played Nihal Singh and also served as a writer and producer. He later appeared in Je Paisa Bolda Hunda (2024) and Six Each (2025). For Six Each, Grewal served as the lead actor, writer and producer, with the film directed by Garry Khatrao. Grewal continues to work across acting, writing and production. His upcoming Punjabi film Daudaak (2026), directed by Garry Khatrao, features him as a star and writer. His work across music and cinema is recognized for its focus on motivational, socially relevant and human-centered themes
