- Ian Johnston (II) is a journalist, author and Emmy-nominated TV writer. An entertainment writer for The Daily News in the 1990s, Johnston would go on to co-create The Comedy Network series Liography, starring Leslie Nielsen. He founded the production company Cell Phone Cinema in 2014 with Iris Johnston. A Cell Phone Cinema production, Quick Thoughts About Rainbows won the 2019 Canadian International Comedy Film Festival award for Best Shorty. Ian lives in Toronto.
