Joey Vieira(I)

Joey Vieira is an Australian-based actor and most recently, he appeared in the hit Paramount+ series Two Years Later and Netflix's War Machine alongside Dennis Quaid and Esai Morales. He has also recently wrapped production on an upcoming horror feature set for release in 2027. Joey is best known for his role as Nico, Diego's father, in Paramount Pictures' global hit Dora and the Lost City of Gold. His extensive screen credits include the Golden Globe-nominated drama All Her Fault, the Emmy-nominated historical series Texas Rising, ABC's Reef Break, and the Fortnite series We Will Be Monsters, where he portrayed Wolfman. He will next be seen as Samson in the action-zomedy Zombie Plane, starring alongside Chuck Norris, Vanilla Ice, and Sophie Monk. Born in Livingston, California, Joey's heritage traces to the Açores, Portugal, and Brazil. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from California State University, Northridge and completed advanced Meisner training before relocating to Australia with his family. Joey continues to build a diverse body of work across drama, comedy and action while mentoring the next generation of actors through his highly regarded acting-for-camera programs.
