The son of Roger Uttley, England and British Lions Rugby legend.

He owns a production company called STAMP Productions Ltd based in Londons West End.

His Mother, Kristine, was a head mistress at a state school; St Johns Middle School in Stanmore.

Younger brother of screen writer Simon Uttley.
