Amy Wright is a CSA-nominated producer, casting director, and choreographer, widely recognized as one of North America's premier creative forces in film, television, and live performance since her professional debut in 1995. Renowned for her versatility and innovation, Amy's expansive portfolio spans feature films, made-for-TV movies, television series, reality TV, stage musicals-including Canada's prestigious Shaw Festival-and over 85 commercials.

Amy is best known for her groundbreaking work on the global phenomenon The Next Step, where she has served as producer, series choreographer, and casting director across ten seasons and more than 265 episodes. Her visionary choreography has brought over 600 dynamic dance moments to life, elevating the show into an international success. Amy also spearheaded The Next Step's transition to live performance, choreographing sold-out world tours and the acclaimed The Next Step Live: The Movie, which has amassed over 3.5 million views on YouTube.
