Pavla Krecmerova belongs to youngest women producer in Czech republic (in 2022 and so far :-) For many years she was working with her mentor, friend and famous Czech producer and director Miloslav Šmídmajer. Under his wings she has been executing the role of producer representative of following titles: Nazareth Until We Drop (2013) (documentary about legendary band Nazareth), Bella mia (2013) (art movie), Lucky Four in the Service of the King (2013) (legendary Czech comic characters as movie stars), and others.
She also collaborated with director Jiří Mádl, his debut work called To See the Sea (2014), Pojedeme k mori is the first movie made as if by a kid. The title won 34 international festivals awards including Gorky studio award from Vologda.
After working with talented producers and directors, Pavla has decided to finally make her own film, a story close to her. My Story (2019), (2019) is an inspiring drama based on a true-life story. In this project Pavla has also discovered the creative role of script-writer, exploring in a light weight the difficult story of domestic violence, and the unexpected and uplifting inspiring ending. Muj pribeh is distributed in its country of origin and is available on Netflix, AMC, iTunes, Amazon Prime UK and Amazon Prime USA. Due to its success the movie has been dubbed into Spanish, Portuguese and English.
