Biography

Utsav is a young independent film-maker by training from Delhi and has done his graduation in BFA specialization film Direction from SUPVA the only state film Institute for undergraduates in north India and got exposed to world cinema- both documentary and fiction. During his course time his films The Scent of Tulsi, Chhhaya & Parda have travelled to many festivals. His first exploration of cinema began at the age of 12 while watching world cinema along with his father who shared the similar interests, He loves to write and direct equally & intends to create intense family drama & Romantics.
