Toby Haycock is a British actor, producer, and musician from Kent, England. Since making his screen debut in 2020, he has built a growing body of work across film and television, earning recognition for his versatility in both dramatic and period roles.
He is best known for portraying Harry Quinn in the feature film Quinn (2025), George Bates in the award-winning World War II short Wings of ’44 (2023), and Detective Inspector Sean Newman in Detective Inspector (2022). He also appeared in Paramount+‘s The Serial Killer’s Wife as the Wedding Organ Player.
Alongside acting, Haycock has worked behind the camera as a producer, serving as executive producer on Wings of ’44 and producer on Quinn. His upcoming projects include the feature film Tunnels and the short film Split, continuing his collaboration with independent filmmakers while expanding into larger productions.
Outside of film, Haycock is the bassist for the British rock band Citrus Blue. With a passion for cinematic storytelling and character-driven performances, he continues to develop a career spanning acting, producing, and music
