Leonid Khromov was born on October 29, 1980, in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan (formerly Frunze), and relocated to Russia in 1994. A multi-faceted creator, he launched the musical project Leonardo Velconte (his creative pseudonym) in 2008. In 2011, Khromov established Leonid Khromov Production, a company specializing in high-profile entertainment events. He expanded his industry footprint in 2019, transitioning into screen acting across various film and television projects.
In 2020, Khromov founded O29 Production, a boutique banner dedicated to developing global cinematic projects and international film awards. Under this banner, he founded the Long Key International Film Awards in 2020, followed by the launch of Actress Universe in 2021 (a premier international film award celebrating professional actresses worldwide). Currently, O29 Production is in active pre-production on major international film slates.
