Robert Keppel was born on June 15, 1944. He was a writer, known for The Riverman (2004), Angel of Decay (2016) and Serial Thriller (2015). He died on June 14, 2021 in Washington, USA.

Retired Chief Criminal Investigator with the Washington State Attorney General's Office, and co-founder of the Washington State Homicide Investigation and Tracking System.
