Caner Karadag was born in Ankara. He discovered his passion for theater in 2006 with drama training and had his first stage experience at the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Theater.
He graduated from the Theater Department of the Mujdat Gezen Art Center Conservatory in 2009.
Throughout his artistic career, he gained extensive acting experience by performing for five seasons at the State Theaters and also in numerous private theaters. He appeared on screen in television projects such as Behzat C., Unutma Beni, Beni Affet, Deniz Yildizi, and Coup, as well as in the documentary Fatih Sultan Mehmet.
He also focused on drama education, receiving training from institutions such as OY-TAD, Istanbul University, Selcuk University, and Adnan Menderes University, later sharing his knowledge as a drama instructor at a private college.
In 2016, he co-founded Perde Sanat Theater with Ibrahim Sevinc. Beyond being a founding partner, he has directed several productions and taken part as an actor. In the 2024-2025 season, he wrote and directed Frekans 11, a post-apocalyptic, zombie-themed theater play recognized as one of the first AI-assisted theater projects in Turkey.
Caner Karadag continues to be active in the arts with his versatility in acting, directing, and drama education.
