Biography

He is a published poet and a four-time winner of the Amateur Night competition on the television show _"It's Showtime at the Apollo" (1983)_ where his phenomenal verbal skills caught the attention of composer-vocalist Lionel Richie with whom he has since recorded.

Like his co-star Q-Nice (from the film HipHopBattle.com: Hip Hop 4 Life (2001)), he was a member of The Black Poetic Society and The Oppressed Poets in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.
