Arshaluys Harutyunyan was born in 1977. on January 26, in Potsdam, Germany. In 1998 graduated from Zaven Tantintsyan's studio of acting department of Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema. He went on stage for the first time at the age of 7, under the direction of Khoren Abrahamyan, V. Leninakan. At the Achemyan Drama Theater. He acted as an actor in more than 40 plays and films.
In 1984-1994 he worked at the Leninakan Drama Theater, in 1988-1992 at the G. In the National Academic Theater named after Sundukyan, in the years 1995-1998 - in the Young Audience Theater of Yerevan. Since 1996, he has been working at the Yerevan State Chamber Theater as a director and actor.
In 1995 participated in the directorial work of the first "May the essence and name of your theater be glorified and eternal" and was recognized as the winner in the "Theatrical Spring" youth festival. He was the author and presenter of a number of television programs in "Yerkat" and "Yan TV" productions. In 2001 On the occasion of the 1700th anniversary of the adoption of Christianity, he staged the outdoor mass performance of the rock opera "Grigor Lusavorich" in the "Cascade" complex. Since 2009, he is the head of "Yerkat" cultural club. He participated in more than 30 republican and international theater and film festivals. in 2013 In the "Best performance of the year" nomination, he was awarded the "Artavazd" award of the Armenian National Theater for the performance "Scotch and Whiskey".
2015 On the occasion of the International Theater Day, he was awarded with the "Honorary Figure of Culture of the City of Yerevan" commemorative medal for his contribution to the field of theater art of Yerevan, creation and dissemination of artistic values. 2015 On the occasion of the Republic Day, Arshaluys Frunzei Harutyunyan was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Artist of the Republic of Armenia" for his achievements in the field of stage art.
