Biography

Anne Wood is known for Teletubbies (1997), The Book Tower (1979) and In the Night Garden... (2007).

Was Head of Children's at TV-am in 1983 and it was she who brought Roland Rat to TV-am, and not Greg Dyke.

She was awarded the C.B.E. (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2000 Millennium Queen's Honors List for her services to Children's Broadcasting.

She lives near Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, England.

Mother of Chris Wood, who carries on the family business Ragdoll Productions.
